Chemist R&D

The Chemist – R&D will work on developing new formulations, optimizing existing products, and supporting technology transfer to manufacturing. This requires strong scientific knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a laboratory-driven research environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development activities for new pharmaceutical formulations.
• Develop and optimize formulations for improved stability, efficacy, and performance.
• Perform laboratory experiments, trials, and scale-up studies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of experiments, observations, and results.
• Support analytical method development and validation activities.

• Conduct stability studies and analyze product performance over time.
• Prepare research reports, protocols, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges.

• Ensure compliance with GLP, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in product development meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Support regulatory documentation for product approvals and submissions.
• Work on improving existing formulations for cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
