Executive-Stores and Warehouse

The Executive will manage warehouse activities for raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods stores at Ipca Laboratories Limited, Vapi. This requires graduate qualification with 5–8 years of experience in RM, PM, and finished goods warehouse operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, issuance, and documentation of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Verify material quantity, batch details, labels, status, COA, GRN, and storage conditions.
• Maintain stock records, inventory registers, inward-outward entries, and warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with production, QA, QC, purchase, dispatch, and planning teams.
• Ensure proper segregation of approved, quarantine, rejected, returned, and expired materials.
• Monitor stock levels, material movement, FEFO/FIFO, and warehouse space utilization.
• Support physical stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and audit documentation.
• Follow GMP, GDP, safety, hygiene, and warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain proper labeling, traceability, cleanliness, and material handling standards.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant warehouse operations.
