Technician - RM - PM Stores

The Technician - RM - PM Stores will support raw material and packing material store operations, material receipt, storage, issue, documentation, stock handling, and GMP compliance at Ipca Laboratories Limited, Vapi. This requires HSC or SSC qualification with 2–4 years of RM and PM store experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive and arrange raw materials and packing materials as per warehouse SOPs.
• Verify item name, quantity, batch number, supplier details, labels, and storage condition.
• Support material issue to production and packing departments as per approved request.
• Maintain inward-outward records, issue slips, stock registers, and basic warehouse documentation.
• Follow proper labeling, segregation, quarantine, approved, rejected, and returned material status.
• Support material sampling coordination with QC and QA teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in RM and PM store areas.
• Follow GMP, GDP, FEFO/FIFO, and warehouse safety requirements.
• Report shortage, damage, mismatch, or storage issues to seniors promptly.
• Ensure accurate and compliant RM and PM store support.
