Packing Operator - Injectable

The Packing Operator - Injectable will support injectable packing operations, lyophilized product handling, aseptic area packing support, machine operation, documentation, and GMP-compliant packing activities at Emcure, Vapi. This requires ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc qualification with 2–7 years of experience in injectable or sterile packing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate injectable packing equipment as per approved SOPs and supervisor instructions.
• Support lyophilized product handling and aseptic area packing operations.
• Perform line setup, area cleaning, equipment cleaning, and product changeover.
• Verify product details, batch number, labels, cartons, and packing material before use.
• Monitor packing machine performance, output, rejection, and packing quality.
• Maintain equipment logs, packing records, cleaning records, and batch documentation.
• Follow GMP, GDP, PPE, hygiene, and sterile area discipline requirements.
• Report machine issues, packing defects, material shortages, or abnormal observations promptly.
• Support reconciliation of printed packing materials and finished product packs.
• Coordinate with packing officer, QA, engineering, warehouse, and production teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of packing area and materials.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and compliant injectable packing operations.
