Technician / Operator - Production

The Technician / Operator – Production will be responsible for operating production equipment, executing manufacturing processes, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The involves handling machinery, monitoring production parameters, and maintaining proper documentation. The candidate will work closely with supervisors and production teams to achieve production targets while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP guidelines, and operational protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment as per SOPs.
• Execute manufacturing processes in line with approved batch instructions and production plans.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor process parameters and report any deviations or abnormalities.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of production equipment.
• Assist in equipment setup, cleaning, and changeover activities.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials and consumables.
• Support supervisors in achieving daily and shift-wise production targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of production areas.
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• entify and report equipment malfunctions and coordinate for repairs.
• Assist in minimizing wastage and improving production efficiency.
• Participate in validation, qualification, and process improvement activities.
• Support quality checks and ensure product specifications are met.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for in-process checks and compliance.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials and products.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and consumables used in production.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Assist during audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and effective communication within the department.
