Xospata

A drug used to treat adults with acute myeloid leukemia that came back or did not get better with other treatment and has a mutation (change) in the gene. Xospata blocks certain proteins, which may help keep cancer cells from growing. It is a type of tyrosine kinase inhibitor. Also called gilteritinib fumarate.
