Clinical Pharmacist

Job Description:

Avron Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The Clinical Pharmacist will ensure the safe and effective use of medications, provide patient counseling, collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams, and support overall clinical care and medication management in the hospital.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
• Provide medication counseling to patients, including dosage, side effects, and interactions.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and report adverse drug reactions.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize therapy.
• Participate in clinical rounds and provide expert input on drug therapy.
• Maintain accurate records of medications, patient interactions, and pharmacy activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
• Assist in developing protocols, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for safe medication use.
