• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities in proper order.
• Organize and maintain filing systems and records.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
• Track office expenses and maintain related records.
• Provide administrative support to staff and management.
• Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and functional.
• Implement and follow office policies and procedures.
