Operation Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct regular hospital rounds to monitor daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments
• Collect patient feedback and take proactive steps to improve patient satisfaction and service quality
• Supervise and manage Housekeeping (HK) and Patient Care Assistant (PCA) staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and patient support
• Oversee security operations, ensuring effective visitor management and adherence to hospital safety protocols
• Monitor cafeteria services to ensure hygiene, food quality, and compliance with health standards
• Address patient concerns promptly and escalate critical issues to higher management when necessary
• Ensure overall cleanliness, discipline, and strict adherence to hospital policies and operational protocols
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
• Maintain records and reports related to operations, feedback, and incidents
