Job Description:

Avron Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. The involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient environment within the hospital.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC equipment toentify and resolve issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor system performance and adjust controls for efficiency and comfort.
• Maintain HVAC equipment records, service logs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
