Operation Manager

The Operations Manager at Avron Hospitals is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the hospital. This ensures seamless coordination across departments, high standards of patient care, and strict adherence to healthcare regulations and quality benchmarks such as NABH. The position demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage both clinical and non-clinical teams efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise overall hospital operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality service delivery
• Conduct regular hospital rounds to monitor cleanliness, patient care standards, andentify operational issues
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted functioning
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and safety protocols
• Monitor staff performance and support departmental heads in achieving operational goals
• Handle patient feedback and resolve complaints to improve patient satisfaction
• Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, equipment, and facilities
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delays
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to hospital operations and compliance
• Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, and safety standards across the facility
