Job Description

International Patient Coordinator is responsible for managing international patient services, patient communication, documentation, appointment coordination, correspondence, and administrative support for overseas patients. The requires any graduate qualification or hospital administration background with 5 to 8 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of international patient coordination, patient care, administration, office communication, and healthcare service management.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate healthcare services for international patients from inquiry to discharge.
  • Communicate with patients, attendants, embassies, agencies, and healthcare partners.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, doctor coordination, and treatment planning support.
  • Assist international patients with hospital processes, documentation, and service guidance.
  • Handle correspondence through email, phone, and official communication channels.
  • Coordinate OPD, IPD, diagnostics, billing, admission, and discharge workflows.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, passports, reports, and administrative documents.
  • Support visa letters, treatment estimates, medical summaries, and travel-related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, insurance, and international desk teams.
  • Track patient queries, follow-ups, service requests, and pending documentation.
  • Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and smooth hospital experience.
  • Resolve patient concerns through proper departmental coordination.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports related to international patient services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient, medical, and travel information.
  • Deliver professional, polite, and patient-focused international healthcare coordination.
