Pharmacy Manager

The Pharmacy Manager will supervise pharmacy operations, medicine dispensing, stock control, purchase coordination, expiry monitoring, team management, documentation, and medication safety at Sahrudaya Health Care, Bengaluru. This requires B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification with 10–15 years of pharmacy experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, dispensing workflow, and pharmacy team activities.
• Supervise prescription verification, medicine issue, billing support, and patient medication guidance.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry, near-expiry, shortages, high-alert medicines, and reorder needs.
• Maintain pharmacy records, purchase entries, issue records, inventory reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, purchase, stores, and accounts teams.
• Ensure proper storage of emergency, narcotic, high-alert, and temperature-sensitive medicines.
• Support stock audits, physical verification, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
• Guide pharmacy staff on safe dispensing, documentation, and medication safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, hospital SOPs, and drug control requirements.
• Report expired, damaged, shortage, or non-moving stock to management promptly.
• Prepare pharmacy MIS, stock reports, and operational updates.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and patient-friendly pharmacy services.
