The Medical Transcriptionist Editor will prepare, edit, verify, and format medical reports, discharge summaries, clinical notes, doctor dictations, and healthcare documentation at Sahrudaya Health Care, Bengaluru. This requires any graduate qualification with 1–4 years of medical transcription or healthcare documentation experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Type, edit, and format medical reports, discharge summaries, clinical notes, and doctor dictations.
• Ensure correct medical terminology, patient details, diagnosis, procedure names, and treatment information.
• Review documents for grammar, formatting, completeness, and clinical accuracy before finalization.
• Coordinate with doctors, MRD, nursing, billing, and administrative teams for missing details.
• Track pending discharge summaries, report corrections, and documentation requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and medical documents.
• Correct and update documents after doctor review or approval.
• Use hospital software, transcription tools, MS Word, and documentation systems accurately.
• Follow hospital documentation formats, MRD standards, and approval requirements.
• Maintain daily work logs, completed report trackers, and pending document lists.
• Escalate unclear dictations or incomplete clinical details to concerned doctors.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and professional medical transcription support.
