Registrar Gynecologist

The Registrar Gynecologist will support obstetrics and gynaecology patient care, antenatal and postnatal services, emergency womens health care, labour room coordination, procedure assistance, and clinical documentation at Sahrudaya Health Care, Navi Mumbai. This requires DNB or MS Obstetrics and Gynaecology qualification with 0–2 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage obstetrics and gynaecology patients in OPD, IPD, emergency, and labour room.
• Provide antenatal, postnatal, high-risk pregnancy, and gynecological care under consultant guidance.
• Assist in deliveries, C-sections, and gynecological procedures.
• Review fetal monitoring, ultrasound reports, lab reports, and patient progress.
• Coordinate with OT, NICU, anesthesia, nursing, laboratory, and blood bank teams.
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain prescriptions, progress notes, consent forms, labour records, and discharge summaries.
• Counsel patients regarding pregnancy care, treatment options, procedures, and follow-up.
• Follow maternal safety, infection control, patient privacy, and ethical care standards.
• Support clinical meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure smooth labour room and gynecology service workflow.
• Deliver compassionate, safe, and patient-centered womens healthcare.
