Assistant Manager

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking a professional who will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving onboarding and induction programs for new employees across functions and levels. The involves close coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth joining experience, timely completion of compliance requirements, and effective integration of employees into the organization. The candidate will also focus on enhancing onboarding effectiveness through insights and process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and manage end-to-end onboarding and induction programs for new joiners across departments
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities, including policies, SOPs, compliance requirements, and mandatory trainings
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Functional Heads, L&D, IT, Admin, and Facilities teams for smooth onboarding execution
• Manage onboarding schedules, communication, and ensure a positive joining-day experience
• Facilitate or coordinate induction sessions covering company culture, values, ethics, policies, and systems
• Track onboarding effectiveness through feedback, engagement metrics, and early attrition analysis
• Maintain accurate onboarding records, documentation, and dashboards as per internal standards
• entify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall new hire experience
• Utilize digital platforms and LMS tools to streamline and automate onboarding processes
• Act as the primary point of contact for new employees during their onboarding journey
