Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales, referral marketing, business development, field team coordination, and patient acquisition activities for eye hospital services. This requires strong healthcare sales experience, leadership, market planning, relationship management, and target achievement ability. The candidate will drive growth through doctor referrals, local partnerships, community outreach, and ethical healthcare marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop area-wise sales and referral marketing strategies for hospital growth.
• Build referral networks with doctors, clinics, optical stores, corporates, and healthcare partners.
• Lead field sales activities, marketing campaigns, and outreach programs.
• Monitor team performance, daily visits, lead generation, and referral outcomes.
• Promote hospital specialties, eye surgeries, diagnostics, and patient care services.
• Plan eye camps, awareness programs, corporate tie-ups, and local branding activities.
• Track referral sources, conversion rates, revenue contribution, and market trends.
• Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, front office, operations, and management teams.
• Prepare sales reports, campaign analysis, and growth performance updates.
• Guide executives on field productivity, communication, and relationship management.
• Ensure ethical healthcare marketing and professional stakeholder communication.
• Support patient acquisition, brand visibility, and business development objectives.
