HR Intern

The HR Intern will support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR coordination, attendance tracking, and administrative activities in the hospital. This is suitable for MBA HR candidates who want practical exposure to healthcare HR operations. The candidate will assist the HR team in maintaining records, coordinating interviews, supporting joining formalities, and ensuring smooth HR workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including resume screening and candidate coordination.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and department heads.
• Assist in joining formalities, document collection, and employee file creation.
• Maintain HR records, attendance data, leave records, and employee details.
• Support preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communication.
• Assist in onboarding, induction, and new employee orientation activities.
• Coordinate with employees for HR queries and documentation requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, joining reports, and HR MIS data.
• Support employee engagement, training coordination, and internal communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and hospital-related information.
• Learn hospital HR policies, compliance, and workforce coordination.
• Complete assigned HR tasks under senior guidance.
