Account Executive

Detail-oriented Account Executive responsible for managing financial transactions, client accounts, billing processes, and account reconciliation activities. Skilled in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing, handling receivables/payables coordination, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Adept at collaborating with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth financial operations, timely reporting, and effective client account management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
• Maintain and update customer and vendor accounts accurately in the accounting system.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable regularly.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for timely collections.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting records and documentation.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and summaries.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing, payments, and financial clarifications.
• Handle expense tracking, reimbursement processing, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of financial and accounting documents.
• Support audits by providing required financial data and reconciliation reports.
• Identify discrepancies in accounts and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
