Job Description
Executive-Sales and Marketing is responsible for promoting hospital services, building strong professional relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and supporting business growth initiatives within the assigned territory. The involves regular interaction with doctors, coordinating outreach activities, organizing promotional programs, and increasing awareness of the hospital’s specialties and healthcare services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the assigned area.
- Meet doctors regularly on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to strengthen referral networks.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, facilities, and healthcare programs to the physician community.
- Coordinate and organize CME programs, doctor meetings, and healthcare awareness initiatives.
- Invite physicians and healthcare professionals to hospital events, seminars, and educational programs.
- Plan and coordinate medical camps, health check-up camps, awareness talks, and outreach activities.
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing patient referrals and service utilization.
- Identify opportunities to increase the volume of hospital healthcare services and specialties.
- Coordinate with internal consultants and external doctors to improve collaboration and referral engagement.
- Arrange outreach visits and clinic programs for consultants and specialists in the assigned territory.
- Develop strong rapport and long-term professional relationships with doctors and referral partners.
- Maintain regular communication with healthcare professionals to understand their requirements and feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and healthcare service developments within the region.
- Maintain records of doctor visits, referral activities, meetings, and marketing reports.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing and outreach programs.
- Support branding and promotional activities to enhance hospital visibility and reputation.
- Assist in achieving departmental sales and marketing targets set by management.
- Ensure timely follow-up with doctors and healthcare professionals regarding referrals and services.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, conferences, and healthcare networking events.
- Provide regular updates and activity reports to management regarding marketing performance and doctor engagement.
- Maintain professionalism, ethical marketing practices, and positive client relationships at all times.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, branding guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Support patient-centric initiatives aimed at improving healthcare accessibility and service awareness.
