Manager or Senior Manager Marketing

Manager / Senior Manager Marketing is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing hospital marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, increase service awareness, and support business growth initiatives. The involves developing marketing plans, managing promotional activities, coordinating branding campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting patient engagement and outreach programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans in alignment with hospital branding and corporate objectives.
• Formulate marketing strategies to enhance hospital visibility, patient engagement, and service growth.
• Manage all hospital promotional and publishing materials including brochures, leaflets, handbills, presentations, and information booklets.

• Plan and execute marketing activities as per approved phase-wise strategic plans.
• Organize and manage CME programs, workshops, medical camps, patient education programs, and lifestyle management initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis toentify business opportunities and market trends.
• Explore new geographical areas and potential markets for hospital expansion and patient outreach.
• Identify opportunities for new healthcare services and product feasibility for business development.
• Perform regular field visits and market interactions to understand customer needs and strengthen referral networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporate clients, and community organizations.
• Coordinate branding, promotional campaigns, outreach programs, and public awareness activities.
• Monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements based on performance analysis.
• Prepare and submit monthly detailed marketing activity reports to management.
• Submit daily and weekly reports on fieldwork, marketing activities, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing and promotional programs.
• Support management and senior leadership in all marketing-related initiatives and strategic planning activities.
