Associate

The Associate will support Quality Assurance activities, including IPQA, QA documentation, QC review, validation, qualification, compliance checks, and GMP documentation at Sun Pharma, Jammu. This requires M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm qualification with 1–5 years of quality assurance experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support QA activities related to manufacturing, packaging, documentation, and compliance.
• Perform or assist in IPQA checks, line clearance, in-process checks, and shop floor compliance monitoring.
• Review batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, QC documents, logbooks, and quality records.
• Support validation and qualification activities for equipment, process, cleaning, utilities, or systems as required.
• Coordinate with production, QC, warehouse, engineering, validation, and quality teams.
• Monitor GMP, GDP, data integrity, hygiene, and documentation practices on the shop floor.
• Prepare QA reports, compliance trackers, review observations, and documentation updates.
• Report documentation gaps, process deviations, quality issues, or SOP non-compliance promptly.
• Support deviation, CAPA, change control, audit readiness, and quality system activities under senior guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of quality records and batch documents.
• Follow approved SOPs, pharmaceutical quality systems, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensure smooth, compliant, and quality-focused QA operations.
