Technician -Manufacturing OSD

The Management Associate to Executive - Manufacturing (OSD) will be responsible for supporting oral solid dosage manufacturing activities, including granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, documentation, equipment handling, and GMP compliance. This requires ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm qualification with 2–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, OSD workflow, batch documentation, and quality-focused manufacturing practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute OSD manufacturing activities as per BMR, SOPs, and production schedule.
• Support granulation, blending, compression, coating, capsule filling, and related operations.
• Operate production equipment safely as per validated process requirements.
• Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, area preparation, and batch changeover.
• Verify raw materials, batch details, labels, equipment status, and process instructions before use.
• Monitor process parameters, machine performance, yield, rejection, and output.
• Maintain batch records, equipment logs, cleaning records, and production documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, engineering, stores, warehouse, and production teams.
• Report deviations, breakdowns, process abnormalities, or material issues to seniors promptly.
• Follow GMP, GDP, safety, hygiene, and data integrity requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid mix-up, contamination, or wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper arrangement of OSD manufacturing areas.
• Support troubleshooting, process improvement, and productivity enhancement activities.
• Participate in audits, training, and compliance readiness activities.
• Ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient OSD manufacturing operations.
