Officer to Executive -Quality Assurance OSD and Parenteral

The Officer to Executive - Quality Assurance will be responsible for batch record review, shop-floor compliance, documentation control, deviation handling, change control, CAPA support, audit readiness, and GMP compliance for OSD and parenteral operations. This requires B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc qualification with 2–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical QA systems, documentation, manufacturing compliance, and regulatory quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, logbooks, and quality documents.
• Ensure OSD and parenteral manufacturing activities follow GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform line clearance, in-process checks, area checks, and shop-floor compliance monitoring.
• Support deviation, incident, change control, CAPA, OOS, and investigation documentation.
• Coordinate with production, QC, engineering, warehouse, microbiology, and regulatory teams.
• Maintain QA documentation, SOPs, controlled formats, registers, and quality records.
• Review cleaning records, equipment usage records, area records, and process documentation.
• Support validation, qualification, stability, annual product review, and quality review activities.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure data integrity, documentation accuracy, and timely closure of quality records.
• Support internal audits, vendor audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Train employees on GMP, GDP, SOPs, hygiene, and quality compliance practices.
• Support product release activities and quality system execution under senior guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality of quality records and product information.
• Promote a strong quality culture across manufacturing and support departments.
