Account Executive

Criticare Asia Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Account Executive to manage financial records, support accounting operations, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The involves handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, billing coordination, and assisting in financial compliance within the hospital.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting entries.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
• Process and verify invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with billing and TPA departments for revenue reconciliation.
• Track accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support cash handling and daily cash reconciliation processes.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and hospital policies.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required data.
• Prepare MIS reports related to financial performance and transactions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment processing.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient billing data.
• Ensure accurate posting of entries in accounting software/ERP systems.
• Assist in resolving accounting discrepancies and issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
• Continuously improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
