Psychological Counsellor

We are hiring a Psychological Counsellor to support patient care through emotional counselling, psychological assessment, and compassionate communication. The requires strong counselling skills, clinical psychology understanding, and the ability to guide patients through treatment-related emotional stress.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient counselling sessions with empathy and professionalism.
• Assess emotional and psychological needs of patients.
• Support patients facing anxiety, stress, or treatment-related uncertainty.
• Provide adult counselling and couple counselling as per patient needs.
• Coordinate with doctors, counsellors, and patient care teams.
• Maintain proper records of counselling sessions and patient progress.
• Guide patients in improving emotional strength and treatment readiness.
• Apply counselling principles and clinical psychology knowledge effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical counselling practices.
• Identify cases requiring advanced psychological or psychiatric referral.
• Provide emotional care support during sensitive healthcare journeys.
• Assist in improving patient satisfaction and treatment compliance.
• Participate in counselling awareness and patient education activities.
• Promote compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered communication.
