Executive - BTL & Offline Marketing

The Executive – BTL & Offline Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities, strengthening brand presence at labs and collection centers, and driving patient footfall through targeted campaigns. The requires strong coordination with internal teams and vendors, effective campaign execution, and continuous monitoring of marketing ROI and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the custodian of brand visibility across Labs and Collection Centers (CCs), ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as leaflet distribution, canopy activities, health camps, kiosks, and local promotions.
• Organize and manage health check-up camps, awareness drives, and outreach programs to increase patient engagement and footfall.
• Drive localized marketing strategies tailored to specific regions to enhance brand penetration and business growth.
• Coordinate closely with Sales/Channel teams and CC owners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Identify high-potential locations and opportunities for conducting promotional activities and events.
• Manage vendor relationships for printing, branding materials, event setup, and promotional activities.
• Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of marketing collaterals across all locations.
• Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain reports on campaign activities, expenses, and outcomes for management review.
• Ensure consistent branding across all offline touchpoints including signage, standees, posters, and banners.
• Support digital presence at labs and CCs by coordinating with digital teams for integrated campaigns.
• Conduct regular field visits to audit branding, campaign execution, and customer experience.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all marketing activities as per company policies.
• Optimize marketing spend by negotiating with vendors and ensuring cost-effective execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and sales for aligned execution.
• Support new lab/CC launches with branding, promotions, and local activation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies during marketing activities.
• Handle logistical arrangements for events, camps, and promotional setups.
• Drive innovation in offline marketing initiatives to improve engagement and brand recall.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and brand representation during all field activities.
