The Receptionist (Billing)  will manage front desk support, patient billing assistance, OPD/IPD billing guidance, enquiry handling, registration coordination, payment support, and patient service communication at Shree Medishine Hospital, Raipur. This requires any graduate qualification, with hospital background preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, attendants, visitors, and guests professionally at the reception or billing desk.
• Support patient registration, billing entry, appointment coordination, and enquiry response.
• Guide patients regarding OPD billing, IPD billing, consultation charges, reports, pharmacy, and hospital services.
• Verify patient details, billing information, service charges, and payment details before processing.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, accounts, and patient care teams.
• Handle phone calls, walk-in queries, and billing-related patient service requests politely.
• Maintain billing records, enquiry logs, appointment registers, and patient documentation.
• Support admission, discharge, report collection, and patient movement coordination when required.
• Use hospital software, computer systems, printer, scanner, and office tools efficiently.
• Escalate billing disputes, service delays, or patient complaints to seniors promptly.
