Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will manage accounting entries, financial documentation, billing coordination, reconciliation, payment tracking, audit support, statutory documentation, and finance reporting at Shree Medishine Hospital, Raipur. This requires B.Com or M.Com qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, payments, and finance records.
• Support cash, bank, purchase, expense, salary, and journal-related accounting work.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, ledger review, and payment tracking reports.
• Verify bills, invoices, approvals, and supporting financial documents before processing.
• Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, purchase, stores, administration, and vendors.
• Maintain accounts payable, receivable, outstanding payments, and expense trackers.
• Support GST, TDS, audit schedules, statutory records, and financial documentation.
• Prepare daily collection reports, expense reports, reconciliation reports, and finance MIS.
• Identify accounting errors, missing documents, or reconciliation differences.
• Use accounting software, Excel, Tally, and hospital systems accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, vendor, staff, and patient billing information.
• Ensure organized, timely, accurate, and compliant accounting support.
