IT- HOD

The IT HOD will lead hospital IT operations, software support, hardware and network management, system security, user support, data coordination, vendor management, and IT infrastructure supervision at Shree Medishine Hospital, Raipur. This requires BCA, MCA, B.Tech IT, or Diploma in IT qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations across hospital departments and administrative areas.
• Supervise hospital software, computer systems, network, printers, scanners, CCTV, and IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, front office, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, and administration teams.
• Monitor system performance, data security, backup, user access, and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate with software vendors, internet providers, hardware vendors, and service engineers.
• Maintain IT asset records, AMC details, service logs, user issue trackers, and technical documentation.
• Support hospital software implementation, updates, user training, and workflow improvements.
• Ensure smooth functioning of billing systems, reporting systems, patient records, and department software.
• Resolve hardware, software, connectivity, printer, and application-related issues promptly.
• Monitor cybersecurity, password discipline, data privacy, and system usage compliance.
• Prepare IT reports, pending issue lists, and infrastructure improvement plans for management.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT support for hospital operations.
