Receptionist Billing

The Receptionist (Billing)  will be responsible for front office operations, billing support, patient registration, appointment handling, enquiry management, payment coordination, and patient guidance at Shree Medishine Hospital, Raipur. This requires any graduate qualification, with hospital background preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet patients, attendants, and visitors politely at the reception or billing counter.
• Handle patient registration, billing assistance, appointment booking, and service enquiry support.
• Provide correct information about doctors, departments, timings, billing process, and hospital services.
• Verify patient details, billing entries, consultation charges, test charges, and payment status.
• Coordinate with billing, OPD, laboratory, pharmacy, nursing, accounts, and patient care teams.
• Manage phone calls, walk-in enquiries, patient requests, and appointment confirmations.
• Maintain patient records, billing documents, enquiry logs, and daily coordination details.
• Guide patients for consultation, billing, pharmacy, reports, admission, and discharge process.
• Use hospital software, computer systems, telephone, printer, and office tools accurately.
• Handle patient queries politely and escalate complaints or service issues to seniors.
