Deputy Manager - Operations

Deputy Manager - Operations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating hospital operational activities to ensure efficient departmental functioning, quality patient care, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The involves supporting hospital administration in implementing operational strategies, monitoring departmental performance, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and maintaining smooth coordination between medical, nursing, and administrative teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide departmental staff in performing assigned responsibilities effectively.

• Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective and improvement measures.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, NABH standards, and patient safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular rounds of hospital facilities and service areas to assess operational efficiency and service quality.
• Address patient concerns, service-related complaints, and operational challenges promptly.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure customer feedback collection through surveys and service evaluations.
• Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with medical staff, nursing teams, and administrative departments.
