The World Laughter Day was created by Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of the Laughter Yoga movement. He created World Laughter Day in 1998 as a way to promote the positive benefits of laughter and bring people together in a spirit of joy and playfulness.
Since then, World Laughter Day has been celebrated on the first Sunday of May every year in many countries around the world.
World Laughter Day to promote the positive effects of laughter on our physical, emotional, and mental health. Laughter has been shown to have many benefits, including reducing stress, boosting the immune system, and improving mood and relationships.
On Lemonade Day, the young people who run each stand are the owners of the money. They keep all of their earnings as corporate profits. They are urged to spend some, save some, and share some through the Lemonade Day curriculum.
The curriculum is intended for children aged 3 to 5, however children of all ages are welcome, and the content may be modified for older audiences.
Lemonade Day is a free program available to all kids. Lemonade Day's curriculum, activities, services, goods, and resources are made possible by the generous gifts of people, companies, community groups, and foundations.
