Technician Operation Theatre

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated OT Technician to assist in surgical operations by preparing the operation theatre, managing instruments, and supporting surgeons and anesthesiologists. The involves ensuring proper sterilization, monitoring patient conditions during procedures, and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene in the OT environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain operation theatre setup including instruments, equipment, and surgical supplies
• Ensure proper sterilization and readiness of all surgical instruments and materials
• Operate and maintain OT equipment to support smooth surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations as required
• Monitor patient vitals during surgery and respond promptly to any emergencies
• Maintain accurate records related to procedures, equipment usage, and patient details
• Follow strict infection control, safety, and hospital protocols
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient OT operations
