Job Description

The Executive – HR will handle end-to-end HR activities including talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and HR operations. The involves working closely with management and employees to build a positive work culture, ensure compliance, and support business objectives through effective HR practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance morale and retention.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives, including needentification and program execution.
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, including payroll inputs.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee time tracking systems.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
  • Ensure smooth exit management including exit interviews and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for HR and administrative activities.
  • Participate in HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support implementation of organizational development and change management programs.
  • Ensure adherence to company culture, values, and best HR practices.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and support inspections/audits.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
