Human Resource Intern - TA

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking a proactive HR Intern to assist the Talent Acquisition team in managing day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. The offers hands-on experience in sourcing, onboarding, data management, and employee engagement while working closely with cross-functional teams. The candidate will gain a strong foundation in HR processes, compliance, and coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, profile screening, and interview scheduling
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately
• Help manage attendance, leave records, and support employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training-related documentation
• Support HR compliance, audits, and policy documentation processes
• Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Collaborate with internal departments for administrative and HR-related coordination
