Plant Operator Executive

The Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in daily production processes within the assigned facility. The involves operating and monitoring plant equipment, coordinating with technical and supervisory teams, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring uninterrupted production operations. The candidate will play a key in achieving production targets while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance with company procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant machinery and production equipment efficiently.
• Ensure smooth execution of manufacturing and production activities as per operational guidelines.
• Monitor process parameters and maintain optimal plant performance during operations.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and technical teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
• Ensure production activities are carried out safely and in compliance with SOPs and safety standards.
• Perform routine inspections of machinery, utilities, and equipment toentify operational issues.
• Report equipment malfunctions, process deviations, and maintenance requirements promptly.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities when required.
• Maintain accurate operational logs, production records, and shift reports.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products during operations.
• Monitor product quality during the production process and report abnormalities immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping within plant and production areas.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
• Assist in startup, shutdown, and changeover activities of plant equipment.
• Coordinate with warehouse, QA, QC, and maintenance teams for smooth operational flow.
• Support troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Follow proper PPE usage and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Participate in safety drills, training programs, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Assist in achieving daily production targets and operational goals.
• Stay updated with operational procedures, equipment handling practices, and safety requirements.
