Senior Executive-Engineering

The Senior Executive – Engineering will be responsible for operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant utilities and equipment. The requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot Water Treatment Plant systems to ensure consistent quality and supply.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Refrigeration systems, including chilled water and chilled brine circuits.
• Monitor and manage Cooling Tower performance and address operational issues.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of Air Compressors and Air Dryers.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and record all maintenance activities.
• Respond to and report any incident, accident, near miss, or illness to management promptly.
• Maintain plant areas in compliance with cGMP, EHS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee changeover and modification work in plant systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, QA, and Production, to resolve engineering issues.
• Ensure safety of personnel by enforcing adherence to EHS and safety regulations.
• entify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend optimizations to reduce operational costs.
• Supervise junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews related to engineering operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all equipment maintenance, calibration, and operational procedures.
• Support installation, validation, and commissioning of new plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues to minimize disruption to production schedules.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of plant chemicals and materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for equipment service and maintenance.
