Job Description
Eris Lifesciences is seeking a QA professional (IPQA – Injectable) to monitor manufacturing activities, ensure proper documentation, and maintain quality standards in sterile production environments. The involves overseeing batch records, conducting in-process checks, and supporting validation and release activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) checks during injectable manufacturing and packing
- Ensure accurate and real-time documentation of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
- Monitor critical process parameters as per approved procedures
- Collect in-process, finished product, stability, and reference samples as per SOPs
- Oversee environmental monitoring and maintain aseptic conditions in critical areas
- Review and approve SOPs and ensure compliance with QA systems
- Evaluate batch records, QC, and microbiology data for batch release
- Support and participate in process validation activities
- Ensure proper documentation across warehouse, manufacturing, filling, and packing operations
- Maintain compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
