Quality Assurance – IPQA (OSD)

Eris Lifesciences is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee IPQA activities during the manufacturing of tablets and capsules. The involves monitoring production processes, ensuring quality compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with GMP standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities during manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms
• Conduct line clearance and ensure compliance before and during production activities
• Verify dispensing processes including calculation of API and excipients
• Monitor in-process parameters and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collect and analyze samples at intermediate and finished stages
• Perform blend uniformity (BU) and composite sampling as per procedures
• Maintain and review batch manufacturing records (BMR) and logbooks
• Record and track CPP and RFT data accurately in reporting systems
• Handle and operate IPQC instruments such as tablet tester, friability tester, and dissolution apparatus
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
