Quality Control – Microbiologist

Eris Lifesciences is seeking a Microbiologist to perform routine microbiological testing and monitoring activities, ensuring product quality and environmental control. The involves handling aseptic area monitoring, water analysis, and maintaining accurate documentation as per GMP and GLP standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental monitoring of aseptic areas using settle plates, air sampling, and surface monitoring techniques
• Perform personnel monitoring to ensure compliance with aseptic practices
• Collect and analyze water samples including purified water and water for injection (WFI)
• Monitor microbial quality of gases such as nitrogen and compressed air
• Prepare and maintain trend reports for environmental monitoring and water analysis
• Perform media preparation and Growth Promotion Testing (GPT)
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Support quality control processes and maintain laboratory standards
