Quality Control – Sr. Microbiologist

Eris Lifesciences is seeking a Sr. Microbiologist to handle microbiological quality control processes, including sterility testing, environmental monitoring, and water system analysis. The involves reviewing critical data, establishing control limits, and ensuring adherence to GMP and GLP guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee sterility testing of finished products and packaging materials
• Conduct and review Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET)
• Review environmental monitoring (EM) data and ensure compliance with limits
• Monitor and review water system analysis and microbiological quality
• Oversee media preparation, growth promotion tests (GPT), and related documentation
• Ensure proper temperature monitoring and control of microbiology areas
• Analyze trends and prepare periodic reports for EM and water systems
• Establish and maintain alert and action limits for microbiological parameters
• Prepare and update SOPs and manage change control processes
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
