Sr. Analyst - (GCMS-MS, LCMS-MS,HPLC,GC,IC,Stability and Wet Analysis)

The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for performing complex analytical testing, developing and validating methods, and ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. This requires hands-on experience with advanced instruments, strong documentation skills, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical testing using GC-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS, HPLC, GC, Ion Chromatography (IC), and wet chemistry techniques.
• Develop, validate, verify, and transfer analytical methods as per regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, etc.).
• Conduct studies related to genotoxic impurities, extractables & leachables (E&L) in pharmaceutical matrices.
• Perform quality control (QC) release testing and stability sample analysis.
• Interpret analytical data and ensure accuracy, precision, and reliability of results.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare and review analytical reports, validation documents, and technical summaries.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, protocols, and documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GLP, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all laboratory activities.
• Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for audits, reviews, and compliance checks.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and data.
• Ensure proper sample preparation, handling, and storage procedures.
• Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory including chemicals, reagents, and standards.
• Train and mentor junior analysts and laboratory staff.
• Participate in research and development activities for new analytical techniques.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, chemical handling, and waste disposal protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in all analytical work.
• Stay updated with advancements in analytical instrumentation and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and operational excellence in the laboratory.
