Job Description

Care Hospitals is seeking a marketing professional to plan and execute business development initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The involves market analysis, brand positioning, partnership development, and driving revenue through targeted marketing and outreach activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • entify new market opportunities and expand presence in untapped segments
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporates, PSUs, insurance partners, and key stakeholders
  • Plan and execute brand-building initiatives such as CMEs, health camps, and promotional events
  • Create marketing materials including presentations, proposals, and communication content
  • Enhance customer engagement and brand visibility through targeted campaigns and CRM activities
  • Monitor marketing performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of business development plans
