Job Description

The IP Billing Executive manages inpatient billing operations, insurance coordination, and accurate billing documentation for admitted patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process inpatient bills accurately
• Coordinate with insurance and TPA teams
• Verify patient billing details and documentation
• Handle billing queries and payment follow-ups
• Maintain billing records and reports
• Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies
• Process discharge billing efficiently
• Coordinate with departments for charge entries
• Minimize billing discrepancies and errors
• Support patients and attendants regarding billing information
