The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for online marketing, social media management, campaign execution, content coordination, lead generation, website updates, and digital brand promotion at Preethi Hospitals, Madurai. This requires MBA Marketing or any graduate qualification with minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities for hospital services and specialties.
- Manage social media pages, posts, reels, campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Support Google, Meta, SEO, website, and online lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, designers, and content teams for healthcare content.
- Track campaign performance, enquiries, reach, leads, and conversion data.
- Prepare digital marketing reports, campaign summaries, and performance updates.
- Maintain brand tone, patient-friendly communication, and healthcare compliance.
- Support website updates, landing pages, blogs, and online reputation management.
- Monitor patient reviews, online feedback, and competitor digital activity.
- Coordinate with front office or marketing team for enquiry follow-up.
- Ensure ethical promotion of hospital services and healthcare information.
- Strengthen hospital visibility and digital patient reach.
