Physiotherapist - Cardiac

Wockhardt Hospitals is seeking a Cardiac Physiotherapist to design and implement rehabilitation programs for patients recovering from cardiac conditions, surgeries, or related illnesses. The involves patient assessment, therapy planning, monitoring progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and develop personalized cardiac rehabilitation programs
• Conduct therapeutic exercise sessions to improve strength, mobility, and endurance
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, exercise routines, and recovery techniques
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams for integrated patient care
• Guide and supervise junior therapists where applicable
• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and therapy documentation
• Stay updated with latest physiotherapy practices and introduce new techniques
• Train patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Manage equipment, maintain inventory, and ensure proper functioning of therapy tools
