Job Description

Compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse – ICU responsible for providing critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions in intensive care units. Experienced in continuous patient monitoring, emergency response, medication administration, and advanced clinical procedures. Adept at working in high-pressure environments, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and ensuring patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical protocols while delivering high-quality critical care nursing support.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU settings.
  • Monitor vital signs and patient conditions continuously using advanced medical equipment.
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist in emergency procedures, resuscitation, and life-saving interventions.
  • Operate and manage ICU equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with doctors, respiratory therapists, and healthcare teams for patient care planning.
  • Assess patient conditions and promptly report any critical changes to physicians.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
  • Provide pre- and post-operative care for critically ill and surgical patients.
  • Support families by providing updates and emotional support regarding patient condition.
  • Assist in diagnostic procedures and sample collection as required.
  • Ensure proper handover during shift changes for continuity of care.
  • Participate in emergency response codes and rapid response teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness, equipment readiness, and ICU inventory management.
