Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting hospital services, developing referral relationships, generating patient leads, conducting field visits, and supporting business growth in the local market. This requires graduate qualification, healthcare marketing experience, communication skills, relationship-building ability, and target-focused work discipline. Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote hospital specialties, doctors, services, facilities, and healthcare packages.
• Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, corporates, and referral partners.
• Generate patient leads, referrals, enquiries, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare and community partners.
• Plan and support health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
• Maintain daily visit reports, lead trackers, referral data, and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with doctors, reception, billing, diagnostics, and administration teams for patient support.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and local growth opportunities.
• Support branding, promotional campaigns, and hospital visibility activities.
• Track conversion status, referral sources, and marketing performance.
• Communicate hospital services ethically, clearly, and professionally.
• Achieve assigned field visit, referral, and lead generation targets.

• Escalate service issues from referral partners or patients to management.
