Jr.Intensivist

Aadicura Superspeciality Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Jr. Intensivist to provide high-quality critical care management for patients in the ICU. The involves monitoring critically ill patients, supporting senior intensivists, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the ICU under the guidance of senior intensivists.
• Assess patient conditions, review medical history, and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform and assist in critical care procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilator management.
• Continuously monitor vital parameters and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and specialists for comprehensive care.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and clinical decision-making.
• Provide emergency care and support during critical situations.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and ICU safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients’ families regarding condition updates and treatment plans.
• Assist in implementation of hospital protocols, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, training, and continuous medical education programs.
